Singapore, January 26, 2026: Circles, a leading global technology company driving the digital transformation of the telco industry, today announced the appointment of three senior leaders across operations, finance, and consumer business. The appointments underscore Circles’ continued investment in leadership as it enters its next phase of global scale - marked by platform maturity, Tier-1 execution, accelerated expansion across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, and deeper integration of advanced AI capabilities through its collaboration with OpenAI.
The appointments include Chun Li as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Oded Baskind as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Kiren Tanna as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jetpac. Together, these leaders will strengthen Circles’ operating model, delivery excellence, financial discipline, and consumer growth engine as the company expands its global footprint, including across the Americas, and advances its AI-native techco platform to deliver large-scale Tier-1 telco transformations.
“Circles is entering an exciting new phase of growth, where delivering Tier-1 global transformations across multiple continents - including the Americas, is becoming the norm,” said Rameez Ansar, CEO and Founder of Circles. “At the same time, our collaboration with OpenAI is accelerating how we embed intelligence, automation, and AI-driven decisioning across our platform. As our scale and ambition grow, we are deliberately strengthening our leadership bench to ensure consistent, disciplined execution.”
Chun Li joins Circles as Chief Operating Officer, a strategically strengthened role focused on building a scalable, world-class operating system to enable repeatable global delivery across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, while operationalising AI-driven capabilities across Circles’ SaaS platform.
Chun brings a distinguished global operating track record across the United States, China, and Southeast Asia. He previously served as CEO of Lazada Group and Lazada Indonesia, CTO of Alibaba’s B2B business, and spent over a decade with eBay and PayPal in the US. His experience aligning complex organizations and scaling multi-market platforms will be critical as Circles delivers AI-enabled Tier-1 transformations globally.
“Chun’s experience in building and operating large-scale, high-performance platforms makes him uniquely suited to this role,” Ansar added.
Oded Baskind joins Circles as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening financial leadership as the company scales its platform, partnerships, and global operations.
Most recently CFO of London-listed Kape Technology, Oded brings deep expertise across capital markets, M&A, IPO readiness, and long-term financial planning, with a strong track record leading multinational finance teams in high-growth, SaaS-oriented businesses.
“Oded strengthens Circles’ financial leadership at a critical stage of our evolution,” said Ansar. “His expertise will help ensure a disciplined financial foundation that supports sustainable growth and long-term value creation.”
Circles also announced the appointment of Kiren Tanna as Chief Executive Officer of Jetpac, its travel eSIM and global connectivity brand.
Kiren is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded and scaled three startups. Under Circles’ stewardship, Jetpac has built strong momentum through 2024 and 2025, emerging as a leading global eSIM brand. With Kiren’s growth leadership, Circles aims to accelerate Jetpac’s next phase of expansion, innovation, and global reach.
“Jetpac has established strong momentum, and Kiren’s leadership will help unlock its next chapter,” Ansar added.
These appointments mark a key milestone as Circles continues its evolution from a digital telco pioneer into a global technology partner for operators worldwide. As its SaaS platform supports an expanding number of Tier-1 transformations across continents, Circles is strengthening its leadership depth to match the scale, complexity, and long-term ambition of its platform.
